I was tempted to once, but the play counts in my library were kinda inaccurate, since I had formatted my computer so many times. The only accurate stuff would be what I've gotten in the last ~2 years I'd say. Maybe one day!

He's here becuase not every band we talk about, not every band that gets posted here in this forum is Easycore. If you haven't noticed I bring a lot of free downloads I find though out the internet and post them here especially when they don't fit the blog. One of the reasons I wanted to start this forum was because I wanted to be able to share Pop Punk / Hardcore bands that didn't fit the blog (Bands like, Crucial Dudes, Maker, Late Nite Wars, Fumblerooski, Tomahawk Chop and Racing Exit 13). Also he is a great guy that supports his local scene, puts on shows, and offers help to bands that need to book shows. Not only that If you look at the his Record Collection, Robby's Collection, and My Collection we all share similar titles, meaning we have a lot in common and can probably share information about upcoming releases that we have bought or are waiting for.

so yeah, he has a good reason! haha

Noone that I know, knew what Easycore was before I told them. The furthest people I know go, is Pop Punk, and even then, it's the popular stuff. Don't even get me started on what some people think Hardcore is..

hey guy, im Tim from Manchester, UK and Ive been listening to punk since 2001. Favorite bands include Four Year Strong, Greenday, Blink 182, A Day to Remember, Senses Fail, The Lawrence Arms, Alkaline Trio,Taking Back Sunday and many many more. I used to play bass for a local thrash metal band and as soon as i get a new bass i want to start an easycore band

Im also into a bit of cyberpunk as well, I have quite strange music taste lol

i go to gigs a lot i've seen about 200 bands over the past 4 years ish
my favourite bands change a lot but be your own pet and set your goals would probably be at the top
in terms of easycore it's all about syg and with the punches amongst many others of course

Im alex, im 18 from the UK. Love pop punk/hardcore. Im in such a band called Throwaway Line in which i play guitar and sing so watch for some downloads etc.

My favourite bands are such gold. transit. crucial dudes. all of who i discovered through the blog!

sometimes i wish our blog wasn't so focused on a specific kind of music. there are a lot of pop punk bands i love that just aren't Easycore. Transit is one of them for sure.

my name's Ruben Kalb and im from germany!
the first time i came in contact with easycore was when a friend gave me his cd's from NFG,
before that i listened only to tunes such like falloutboy or blink etc.
but the most important point, why i began listening to hardcore and other stuff was ADTR - they're still one of my favourite bands.
of course im also listening to other genres such like metalcore or something,
but pop punk/easycore is the most inspiring genres of them all, i think,
because im also a very positive thinking person and this music reflects that very good!
unfortunately in my hometown there are no bands who play pop punk,
because all here are more focused on normal hardcore or metal, but that's ok.
now ill tell you something about myself..
briefly worded, im living in germany, but that doesnt mean im drink beer and eat sausage all the time, ahaha.
im a very open-minded person, but mostly im very shy and because of that the most people take me for being an asshole,
but when someone gets to know me he soon will recognize that im the total opposite
i love my true friends and my family and i love going to concerts and shows!
also im singing in a band called UNITED WE FALL!
were trying to make some sort of easycore and post-hardcore and in july '10 we will enter the studio to record our first EP
and so i hope i can bring a little bit pop punk into my hometown and maybe we can encourage some kids to do the same!
hopefully you guys will like the music were making and might support us!
